It&#8217;s largely due to the mozzarella, which is hand-stretched in-house (as seen in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=iBVlfHp8UH4\" title=\"Mozzarella video\">this video<\/a>), plus expertly seasoned breadcrumbs.
